This week the NFL owners approve a rule change to move the extra point kick from the 2 yard line to the 15, along with allowing the defense to score off of turnovers during these PAT attempts. This change makes the extra point a 32 yard field goal instead of a 19 yard one, and as Billy Cundiff proved it is not always an easy make (sorry Ravens fans). After hearing the rule change I was a little skeptical about the change, I like football the way it is and I was worried that the extra point could impact the game too much.
